AUCTION NATION; SELLERS OF STOLLEN VEHICLES TO UNSUSPECTING SA CITIZENS OR NOT?

EXPLOITATION OF ORDINARY INNOCENT SA CITIZENS; AUCTION NATION, Sellers of Stollen Cars or not? ******************************** Auction Nation sold me a car that apparently does not belong to them and this has put me to untokd hardship and suffering while they are dodging my calls, did not give me a courtesy car, have not made urgent efforts to bring back my car or pay me my expenditures.

I bought a car on Auction from AUCTION NATION in Johannesburg and paid them in full through the Auction Nation Invoice No. QA*** on the 29th-Sept-2024.

The car is a Mercedes Benz GLE 63 AMG Coupe, 2016 Whitr, with Vin No:(WDC ***A040662)

After the delivery of the salvageable car, as a black Civil servant of many years, I spent heavily almost all my savings to put this car on the road, selling other assets to achieve this.

Shortly after I started using this car, exactly on the 3rd of Febuary, 2025, while trying to go home from work, I suddenly saw a team of HUGE MEN who are agents from ABSA towing my car from my workplace by force without any prior or I'mmediate notice to me, until when confronted claiming they are the owners of the car.

It took only the intervention of the security officers of my work.place institution of Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital prevented them from taking the car until AUCTION NATION was contacted and duely informed.

The Manager in charge at AUCTION NATION office is MR. BERN STEYN who insisted that the car belonged to them and shouted at the ABSA agent on the other side of the phone stating that they have no right to take the car bcos according to him the car belongs to them, AUCTION NATION which they legitimately sold to me.

However, the ABSA agent took the car from me bcos AUCTION NATION did not come to the police station where I took them( Diepkloof Police Station) and dis not send any agent to prove their position.

Days after we went to lay this complaint at the office of the AUCTION NATION, MR. BERN STEYN, the manager of AUCTION NATION in JHB wrote me an e-mail requesting from me all the Expenses I made including the original purchase cost and the cost of Refurbishing the car which came to over R1million.

He said he said he will contact their Insurance Company they are working with who they got the Car from OLD MUTUAL, so that they can quickly reach ABSA to return the car to me OR they quickly pay me my Tital Costs including my inconveniences.

Hello Peter, since after that, these guys abandoned me, they ha e nit come back to me, my lawyer who contacted them passed away and since then this MR.BERN STEYN & his AUCTION NATION did not return my car, Mr. Bern Steyn has refused to take my calls, did not bring back my car, did not give me any courtesy car while they tried to resolve amongst themselves, AUCTION NATION, OLD MUTUAL & ABSA thereby frustrating me, my kids and family schooling, forcing me to hire transport for my daily movements and that of my family, preventing me from earning material revenue.

Hello Peter, if these guys were individuals, for what they have done, they would be explaining their *****ulent Acts against me from behind bars or on bail; but because they are Big Rich Companies. they oppress me, and call.my bluff and do as they wish, with their managers who allowed this EVIL to be enjoying their own lives with their own families whilst myself and.family suffer helplessly.

Hello Peter is it fair for these Big Corporate Companies who are sitting on top of MULTI-BILLION RAND businesses who obviously know each other and do business together to EXPLOIT and USURP the swealt and savings of an ordinary helpless citizen like me bcis they are BIG, giving me the run around, forcing me to be procuring lawyers up and down whilst they do hide & seek using my money & assets to run their own big businesses whilst making me poorer? The answer is definitely NO.

Hello Peter, you have been a helper of the oppressed, please help me, please help me, I am brocken and devastated without the financial muscle to fight bit & get justice & recompense. Please help me🙏😭.

Please get the AUCTION NATION to pay me back all the costs I have sufferred and the inconviniences as a result of this matter.
