auction nation says use ******** car Not our problem

I bought a car from auction nation and after I went to go and and check and released that the car has two vin numbers. I the notified the company and I was told tough you bought a ****** recovered car. yet the vin on the window has been filled off and replaced by another and the manufacturers sticker was removed and replaced by another with a different vin number. I Asked them to reinstate my deposit and cancel the order and their answer sorry no can do No payment = =loose deposit.
