Auction nation sandton and Capitec Bank poor service

I bought the vehicle from auction nation on the 21/08/2022,up until today I have not received the vehicle,the sales person was Eugene Nkosi and he gave me the account number of MS Edw Willemse,the paid. In the evening I received a call from Capitec bank telling me that the ****mers are busy in my account,she the freeze my account and the account numbers of the people I paid,then the following day I went to the Capitec bank Lyttelton to check what is happening,then told me to go and open the case,then I opened the case and submit the documents.then they told me that the forensic are busy With my case,I keep on doing the follow ups,then end up telling me that the funds were utilised,but I was not happy with their response because how can they freeze the accounts that doesn't have money,I have waited for the details of the person I deposited money in her account,I worried please help.
