Auction Nation Review – Terrible Refund Process & Poor Customer Service

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Auction Nation when trying to get my deposit refunded. It was easy to deposit money, but when it came to getting my refund, they made the process unnecessarily difficult. Despite their system showing that they had my deposit, they kept demanding proof of payment—something I no longer had access to.

What’s worse is their complete lack of accountability and customer service. Instead of assisting me properly, they kept pushing me in circles, making it feel like they were deliberately finding excuses to hold onto my money. When I pointed out their system already reflected the deposit, they simply ignored the logic and refused to process my refund.

It’s clear that Auction Nation cares more about taking money than returning it. If you’re considering dealing with them, think twice, because getting your money back is an uphill battle. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values transparency and fair business practices.
