Auction nation PROBLEMS.
I had a problem last year with auction nation and I contacted alicia. She promised to sort it out for me and up until today have recieved nothing. After changing stories all the time when I phoned I de ided yo start email so that I have proof. I am busy with annalise, alicia as well as Kenneth.
The servi e from auction nation is getting worst by the day.
I bought 2 vehicles last year and only re ieved the papers this year after numerous visits and call to auction nation.
I tried this morning to get payment allocated via the chat but no help what so ever.
Iv tried sending a vehicle with you guys from jhb to cape town once and that was another major mess up.
These things cost us money but auction nation doesnt seem to help.

There was a system error that happened when I was bidding on 2 vehicles.
I called the monday to find out what happened and they explained that this vehicles had in actual fact been sold already. I was told that they will look for other vehicles before it goes on the system and in similar condition.
I emailed every morning to find out if there was progress. Every morning same response. I spoke to etienne as well and he told me he has a big list of vehicles and will narrow them down and send it through. Have not received that either.
I asked if I can speak to someone in cape town as it's more convenient and I got a Charles. He told me I shouldn't speak to him because joburg has a problem and not him.
I was then contacted and told that the wording was wrong and that they cant do it. All they can do is check on wholesale.
So if they knew that on wholesale there are no vehicles in similar condition then why tell me they will check before it goes on the system. This morning when emailed I got a few replies. Then I got a call and etienne said they will no longer be looking they are done.
I have bought a few vehicles from you guys as well as got my circle of friends and family to buy from you guys. We never came across this types of problems before. They now telling me I have to just check everyday auctions and see what happens. I do this whole week and weekends. I bought vehicles from smd in this time, fixed it and sold it again. I want this problem to be resolved as I was promised "replacement vehicles". So whether I buy a other vehicle on auction or not, it has nothing to do with this specific problem.
