Auction Nation, more like **** NATION !

They would have suited the description if it had been possible to assign a zero-star rating, as they are a shady organisation and most likely con artists; I attend many auctions, but these individuals are dubious. I purchased a vehicle that was located in Bloemfontein; the catalyst and turbine were both ******, and when I attempt to contact them, they repeatedly transfer the call and ensure that my airtime expires. That is, assuming they answer your phone. They are not transparent, and since no one is taking action to stop this, it is time for individuals to boycott them. Furthermore, I am perplexed as to how they operate this way; when the bidding begins at R5000, it increases at R2000, R1000, R500, and then R250. Suddenly, without any prior notice, and while you are in the midst of the R250 bidding process, they increase the price to R2000 from R250, and before you know it, your bid has exploded. They do this when they determine that they have reached a certain amount, which begs the question: if such behaviour is permissible in a bidding process. Other auction houses refrain from doing so. Constantly uncooperative, their customer service is the worst in history. Regardless of the nature of your issue, they couldn't care less. When you are in Pretoria and wish to purchase a car in Port Elizabeth, they will instruct you to view the vehicle. However, they will only upload low-quality images, limiting the number of images so that you cannot see the extent of the damage on the vehicle. I am willing to wager that they do this on purpose so that you cannot see the extent of the damage; they prefer to upload the same image four times instead of the allotted ten. Furthermore, if a gear box is broken, it is mandatory to specify the fault on the vehicle. This is extremely frustrating, as a significant number of customers have purchased cars that are beyond repair due to the absence of provided information and images. I desperately wish that action could be taken to safeguard prospective clients from the *****ulent organisation Auction Nation. Their treatment of consumers is one of abuse and exploitation, and our complaints are disregarded. They have directors and administrators, but I have no idea what they do in that company because there are numerous complaints that go unanswered.
