I have requested a refund on the 24th of April 2024 and I have still not received my deposit refund. I have emailed and a lady by the name of Nthabiseng and still no response. I have called Nthabiseng and she promised to find out what the hold up was but still no response. This is starting to feel like a **** because when you call the phone goes off with no answer.
