AUCTION NATION DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT

Last month l registered for an online auction. I paid the DEPOSIT to register for the auction. Unfortunately l did not manage to bid for the vehicle l wanted. Auction Nation terms and conditions clearly state that they will refund a buyer's deposit if the buyer does not purchase any vehicle. But they are not assisting in refunding the money back to clients.

When l call the Auction Nation call line *** no one answers the line. I have tried leaving requests on their website but l never get a response back. Auction Nation is currently hosting online auctions but there is no one to assist with DEPOSIT REFUNDS for the same online auctions. I need my deposit back.
