Auction nation did not what to refund me after selling a ****** vehicle to me.
I bought a motor vehicle at Centurion on the 25 July 2019 which i had spent more than a quarter of millions on it,unfortunately on 04 Dec 2019 i got a call from Constable at SAPS vehicle and idenfication Aeroton to present my vehicle asap as it is clone, On the 06 Dec 2019 we went to present it we found the other clone with different colour on the same resgistration and Constable did his investgations and idenfication on the both vehicles and only to find that mine got a false information and they took my vehicle with immediate effect.i report the matter to the auction nation on the following day,Melody from the auction nation appointed the investigator on the same day, myself and investigator we meet at Aeroton SAPS on the same on order to now on how and about it.unfortunately the vehicle was ****** indeed ****** on february 2019.Auction Nation was selling a vehicle on the behalf one of there are gold member customer which he said he bought on OLX info obstract from his statements SAPS.i have two months not having a vehicle to carry my duties in order to provide for my family because of auction nation employee who did not do a verification on the vehicle before they put on sell.till now i have not received my refund and i have been sent to pillar to post for about two months whereas i did not give them problem for doing a payment to them after bid but them they are taking there precious time to pay me.
