Auction nation awards the lower bidder the van..

Please if you guys ever want to bid on an auction and the lower bidder gets the product... Then auction nation is the place to be... These guys are highly effecient in making the customer feel that the company is in the right.. So the customer must just understand.. I was stupid enough to think they will assist if I overlooked such a blunder OK their side.. I bid on a beautiful van.. Which was given to the lower bidder yet I was the highest bidder..the guys.. I was promised another van in place of this... One of the employees offered a battered van.. I think was worth it to go to s**** yard.. Still thinking them to be busy etc to help and solve their mistake.. Made another to buy again.. Atleast this time.. They gave me the van instead of the lowers bidder... Thanks but no thanks... They sold it as a starter... Came to me.. From pe... Doesn't start... They said they can't help... I am from Durban.. No one is going to fly the van down.. Logistics will take time for it to come to me.. I am fully aware how salvage works... But shady behaivour ain't fair.... I was told they can't help me because long time as went by.. Where they have a log of the van leaving the yard approximately 10days ago...
