Auction Nation are ********. Sold car to me without document

I bought a car from Auction nation in Capetown on the 24th September, I made my payment the same week and went to collect the vehicle, they told me the document of the vehicle is not available and I should come back. I went back a week after on another auction day, I bought 3 other vehicle , and then requested for the documents together with the previous one. I was told the document has still not arrived , I have since then been calling and following up, but no hope of getting my documents. the manager of the Capetown branch is so useless and does not know how to handle dispute, often time when I call him, after he hears its me, he just drops the phone and tell the secretary he is not available. The secretaries are better of as manager than him. I feel as a customer haven bought 4 vehicles , for over a month and no document, he should apologize and resolve the issue rather than running away from me. He can run away for as long as he wants, he can avoid my calls for all I care, but the company cannot run away.
