Auction Nation ****

I am a client of Auction Nation, and few other auction house, In my 15th year of buying salvage, I haven't come across auction house that so blatantly disregard their clients like auction nation. Soon as you pay for your purchase you will struggle to get help from them, no management nothing, you will call them they will promise to come back 😭 but they won't come back to you. I am sorry but this was a last vehicle I will buy from this useless company, but then we know keep disregarding you clients and see when you loose them all to your competition. I called with a problem of registration of a vehicle because they gave me the id that is not updated, the natis department manager Reney is the most useless one who doesn't respond to clients or even bother giving feedback to clients. I have make over 10 calls to her, no response. Avoid buying from this unprofessional company that doesn't respect it's customers. You will loose this clients to competition because unprofessionalism. Your management team is very useless
