These people play a tactic to not pay deposit refunds, their 7 to 10 business days of processing the refunds it is just downplaying the intent to frustrate the person entitled to the refund such that you give up. The claim there to be Chinese walls with Finance team, and for 10 days they been saying they will share updates from finance and my case is worth escalating as the refunds is long overdue and here i am no refunds, its best for one to also Alert the Insurance underwriters outsourcing service to this nonsense auction house, to consider other auction houses like all surplus, liquid service,
