Absolutely pathetic service no help at all.

so i purchased a vehicle from auction nation. send a tow truck twice to collect, and they refuse to release. vehicle has been paid for, i received a release note as well. according to auctionnation, they do no release on tuesdays. what **** is that???? no where on the release email does it state that they do no release on a tuesday. i had to pay the tow truck for these trips. i was also told at a consultant that i could collect tomorrow (this was on monday). this was after i was told they couldn't release to me on monday. disgusting from a reputable auction house. don't offer the service required. the call centre won't even even assist. bad attitude, not friendly, they treat you as if you stupid.
