ATTAC cannot connect STARSAT signal

ATTAC cannot connect STARSAT signal with community dish, and they service attitude is terrible. Their technician cannot connect the signal correctly, and this fault has been reported to them for over 6 weeks, and they couldn't fix it. <br> <br> The worse part is that their service attitude is terrible as well. There are always excuses regarding why they couldn't attend to the issue, such as technician is fully booked, technical error in decoder, they need to get the Italian technician to resolve the matter, etc.
