What a wonderful customer experience - thank you for NEXT level support Stewart!

I would like to sing the praises of Stewart Cousins from Atomic Access in Cape Town South Africa. I switched to Atomic Access recently and I have had the most professional, kind and helpful assistance from Stewart way beyond the call of duty! Before I switched to Atomic Access, I had so many problems with internet access. Stewart started off the customer journey with a call to make sure all the requirements were well understood and offered great advice to find the right solution. Stewart has not only communicated continuously about every aspect of the switch over to Atomic access, but has gone the extra mile to help me troubleshoot the issues that were plaguing me for so long. The mesh network that was set up around the house/office was configured, the firmware of the routers were upgraded (on site and later remotely - late on a Fri evening) the issues I had with connectivity were debugged and potential solutions, hardware and assistance were provided until a solution was found. WOW what a breath of fresh air compared to the support offered by the other large ISPs in South Africa!!! It's just the start of the journey, but what a difference your support, assistance, advice and service has made during this transition to Atomic Access and the resolution of the issues that plagued me for so long!
