We have been clients of Atomic Access since fibre arrived in Milnerton Ridge. From the start, their customer service has been exemplary, with good feedback and assistance when experiencing problems. It’s such a pleasure to be able to speak to someone to walk through troubleshooting steps and not have to deal with call centres or WhatsApp bots. The only downfall with Atomic is their on-site technical service. Possibly to do with a lack of resources which needs to be addressed. Engagement in that area is lacking.
