My ****orker was sitting on the phone waiting for MWeb support to answer and after about twenty minutes I couldn't contain myself.. called Atomic and within two rings an agent answered and asked how he can be of help. Not a phone system asking me to pick a department or such, simply: Hi my name is "Name", how can I help you. Stood grinning at my fellow office dweller dealing with inferior service. He is now looking into Atomic Access :)
