In times when good service is fast becoming is non-existent, this company is a breath of fresh air

In times when good service is fast becoming is non-existent, this company is a breath of fresh air. I'm very good at calling out bad service but I have yet to find reason to fault this company. They're extremely responsive, the network is the best I've used since getting a fibre service, and I like that i don't get queued when I phone them, and I speak to an actual human every single time. Worth every penny!
