Atomic Access.. Best ISP in the Western Cape

This is by far the best ISP in the Western Cape!! The reason I chose to Migrate from WebAfrica to Atomic Access is that On Hello Peter they have a great NPS and when I called to enquire about migrating, I spoke to a PERSON! who really knew their stuff. They told me what I need to do to ensure that the cut off was done correctly and guided me through the whole process. I got to speak to a real knowledgeable person who has fiber experience and not a whatsapp line. My previous ISP cut me off and I had a meeting in the afternoon. I called Atomic Access After the sale was done.. What! Another Knowledgeable Person. Not a problem, they sent Andre (The Great), their Expert Specialist and I had Wifi. Next they sent Andre again to test my line speed and ensure that I get the speeds I paid for. This is by far one of the best Customer Experiences I have had. My previous ISP gave me the most ****amamy excuses for why I was only getting 80mbps on a 1GB line. They blamed the the Trenching Company, they blamed my laptop, they blamed Power Outages or adverts. Needless to say, my Laptop via Wifi is getting almost 600 mpbs! My ISP's are fan-flipping-tastic! My speed issues were resolved when I signed up and the migration happened. With the previous ISP, after 4 months of struggling, they still couldn't fix the problem.
