Atomic Access best ISP in SA

Atomic access is the best ISP I have dealt with. In the past 2 years I have moved service providers twice. Once because ISP support system was poor, they did not communicate any outages and we were left for hours at a time of downtime and calls that were logged were only addressed days later. The second service provider support portal was better but I had constant disconnect issues from day 1 for 3 months I struggled and they never took responsibility for it. It was so bad I agreed to pay a significant cancellation fee just to get out. I have since been with Atomic access and from day one they have been excellent. Their whatsapp and telegram groups are constantly alerting you to outages and planned maintenance, communication is excellent. Their support personal are professional and offer some excellent troubleshooting. The CEO even gets involved to help where needed. I cannot advocate for them more. They may cost a little extra but its worth every cent. Do not hesitate to move across to them if you are unhappy with your current provider.
