Wow, I'm blown away by the customer service I received these past few days from my ISP. My fibre ****nection "broke" on Tuesday. I contacted Atomic Access via Telegram got to work with Nick. He was patient, suggested ideas, and was answering questions until late at night. I work all day and only get home at 7pm, but this was not an issue for Nick. On Thursday evening he even PHONED me to assist! That is the first time I've ever received a call from a customer service agent!
