Atomic Access: an example of true professionalism

While one is quick to complain, I’d like to make a point of doing the opposite. Nick, Michael, Joe and the Atomic Access team have really shown me personally why their services are rated so highly. They went to enormous effort to solve an IPv6 issue I had. I received regular emails and no less that 4 phone calls to keep me updated on the progress being made. They provided me with a new router they specially set up - on a Saturday. As an ISP, their customer service is exemplary and sets a standard I so wish others in this country would subscribe to.
