After hours support?
Great service but some growing pains in getting my static ip sorted. I work some odd hours and after loadshedding ended I had no internet. I assume this would be due to the static ip allocation. Not ideal as I need to get some work done

15 Jul 2022, 09:26Hi JC. How can we turn that frown upside down? After hours we do ask for a voicemail if we cannot pick up the phone right away. We also messaged with a follow-up about your static IP settings on the 13th. We're more than happy to get it sorted.
