STUNNING SERVICE ! I would like to give Atomic Access, a Cape Town based company, a stunning 'shout-out' for their brilliant customer service! Every step of the way, from Sign-Up to Connection, they were communicating with me almost every day and making sure I knew and understood EACH step and nothing was too much trouble for them. My ISP story was a very complicated one and I am not a tech wizz therefore it was important to me to have these guys and dolls taking each step with me - and with so much patience.
