Shocking service from Atlas!!!

Words cannot describe the disappointment I have for Atlas. Service is nonexistent with them, they came around to my place 2 months ago to fix something on my camera system so I asked for additional cameras to be added to the unit and have been waiting 2 months for the quote!! I have phoned numerous times to be told someone will contact me back but has never happened!! Why do I need to run around after a company to request a quote for business for them!!! Absolutely pathetic Atlas you may think you big now but wait for clients to find more suitable places for service.
