Pathetic service from Atlas.

The most shocking and useless security firm in Port Elizabeth. They cannot fix a faulty alarm system, 3 attempts and the alarm still doesn't function. We have phoned repeatedly for help and nobody even bothers to return a call. We are now more than a month later without a functional alarm. The absolute lack of communication and just don't care attitude speaks volumes and would hate to know how they would actually respond to an emergency. We will keep trying to get some response but if you in the market for an alarm avoid Atlas , u better off without one!
