Find another company for armed response

Dismal and unprofessional service. Technicians perpetually late or no-show without even a phone call. Sometimes take hours to respond to an alarm.

Calling is an exercise in being passed from pillar to post until you give up or are disconnected. I had to explain what I wanted to 11 people in a row and still couldn’t seem to be connected to anyone able to actually do anything or even just provide basic information.
