Dont your clients security matter????????????????????????????

My Alarm at my business is not working 100%. 2 weeks ago Atlas gave me a quote that I accepted. Now I cannot get them to come out and do the job. I phone and leave messages, I email. Nothing. I even asked for Gary email address total ignore. THANKS ATLAS I AM VERY IMPRESSED
