Atlas in Port Elizabeth is our armed response service provider.

Our place was burglarised at 04h30 on Monday morning.

We were out of town.

Atlas clearly responded very quickly because all that was ****** was a computer monitor, cables and a hard drive. A friend was called and came to inspect the damage.

The perpetrator ripped the alarm keypad from the wall and the alarm could not be de-activated.

Atlas technical department sent JP to our place at lunch time on the same day. JP reconnected the pad, the alarm power supply (which had also been ********** the wall) and tested the whole system.

By the time that we arrived back home at 15h30, the alarm was functioning normally.

Burglaries are an everyday occurrence in the Richmond Hill area of Port Elizabeth and I know that Atlas Security are very busy both with responses as well as system upgrades and new installations.

I am very impressed and grateful to Atlas for the quick response both to the alarm activation as well as the restoration of the whole system a few hours later.
