Atlas security Port Elizabeth

I am with Atlas security since 2000. Their service at that time was impeccable. Their response time was at the longest 5 minutes which was very good. But as the years go on the service of Atlas also went backwards. The response time from Atlas security Port Elizabeth now in the year 2022 is between 20 minutes to 45 minutes for a phone call after which they will decide if they will send out a response vehicle. This is SHOCKING to say the least. I worked for a government company that worked close with Atlas in the beginning of their company and all I can say for a fact they went from Good to worst. The best of all they increased their tariffs every year and when you complain about it they lower it and tell you that there was no bad intent in regard to the increases.
