Atlas security company pathetic

It is the worst experience ever... upgraded my security system which took 10 month to finished due to unavailability of stock. After 6 weeks my LED lights fused and now it has been another 2 weeks of waiting to be fixed. Everytime I phone they will have an excuse but mind you they will never phone me to make new arrangements. I think the service is pathetic. Quick to demand payment but they don't have customer service at all.
