Wrong debit date!

I am disappointed with Atlas. My Atlas account is supposed to be debited on the last day of the month after I get paid. They have wiped out my account before my salary date and that money was for fuel to work. I am also still waiting for my refund of VAP charges that were not supposed to be charged.
