Worst service ever

They took a double debit on my account on 18 December 2022. I immediately send an email and did not receive an responce. I started calling on Monday the Bellville branch and every time they tell me they will call back but never did. I have been calling since then every single day, even head office. Everytime one excuse after another. All I want is my money back, if not I will be taking it further to the Ombud and all social media platforms there is. This is the worst service I have ever seen or received!
