Very Very bad service

I have been having lots if issues with Atlas debiting me way before my debit order date. Everytime money goes into my account boom atlas debits. I have advised them to ensure their debit orders goes off on agreed date. But to no avail. Am really sick and tired of them playing with my account when the feel like. Bad bad service
