This is the biggest financial ***** institution I've seen to date. My partner was triple debited in excess of R 10000, when she was in fact owing R 3500. This ******** move was made last week on the 21st of December 2022, it is now Friday the 30th of December 2022 and the money has still not been recompansated. Following my visit to the Vanderbijlpark branch today, it's clear that they are not willing to pay the money that they stole and that there's no sense of urgency where financial constraint of a black life or family is concerned. The branch manager keeps telling us that the person in head office who must pay is not answering her phone. What is more intriguing about this is that she is busy talking to whoever on what's app and says that their means of communication. So in essence even an irate client can not direct their complaints and lack to anyone Senior because there isn't a land line or even the client liaison officer to deal and resolve client queries efficiently. In simple fact, all there is to it is gatekeeping by the manager, no accountability, hiding channels of escalation and passing the buck to mystical figures. I'm now left with no option but to Institute class action against this entity as they have done this dubious act to hundreds more people. I'm inviting to the financial services provider ombardsman and further make a call for investigation in this matter by the NCR which I have no doubt that the findings will revoke the license to trade.
