What an inconvenience that this company did.

I have a loan with them , signed a contract through thier OTP's, now in December they saw money coming thats not even paid by my employer that deducted. When now I have queiry that, I was it's the way things are and I must take another loan if I need money. I told them this is brendge of contract , I was ask to sent proof of bank statement to show the money isn't coming from my employer.

After I have submitted and also asked to verify my debit order on my app, I was told to wait for the process that might come positive or negative. I have asked them to send me my copy of contract with my surprise, dates are clear when to debit second surprise the amount at which I'm supposed to pay it's more and I'm told it's fee that is not included in the contract.

Now I have more issues:- 1. Incorrect debiting based on assamption that we are all going to run not pay our instalment 2. Inconvenience to be send post to pillar with your own cost. 3. Increased instalment without my knowledge 4. Poor communication 5. They pride in people's needs, they want you to owe them forever.

If I would ask to refer as they do ask to do, I will never do that, stay away.
