Unprofessional service

I called in to atlas finance in kuilsriver on the 23rd Jan to make a payment arrangement on my loan that I took from them, the lady over the phone asked me why did I take the loan if I couldn't afford to pay it, I told her that I had other commitments aswell and she just said I must pay my first full installment. Today I walk past atlas finance the consultant that gave me the loan saw me called out my name IN THE STREET and asked why I never made payment on the account. There I was having to explain my financial situation in public, I feel like the service that both these consultants has offered me is so unprofessional. I have a right to make a payment arrangement if I cannot make the full payment don't I?? This is so disgusting never will I take a loan from atlas again or recommend anyone
