Unprofessional and Unpleasant service

<p>So I had app**** for finance with atlas finance in joburg, but was never granted funds due to my contract at work coming to an end, I got feedback from Prince who works there advising that it will be cancelled due my contract ending.. then all of a sudden, on my pay on the 31st of March Altlas Finance debits my account with R1 033 what for, cause I never received any funds from them.. I went to their branch in Cnr Harrison street and Marshall street, in the morning on the 31st of March 2017 they admitted it was an error and my money would be reversed by end of business, but nothing happened, went back this morning on the 4th April 2017 spoke to Thabang who advises he's the branch manager there, he said he'll reverse by end of business. </p> <p>But I dont trust them anymore, I mean it's ******* what they've done and I must waste my time by going back and forth with them in trying to get my money back! It's ridiculous! </p>
