One of the worst financial institution ever. I took out a loan and when I had problems paying the consultant called y workplace to find out if I was at work and if I got paid. My daughter also took a loan and was paying well until she got retrenched, she was asked to send the relevant documents which she did. However she was told that there is nothing she could do. She eventually managed to get the monies together to pay her last balance and again she is told she still need to pay an additional fee for arrears after she advised she was RETRENCHED. Worst worst place ever
