******** DEDUCTIONS ON MY BANK ACCOUNT

I have a loan with Atlas Finance which is a payday loan. I take what I need on that month and repay them on the 25th. On 25 March, an sms went off deducting the R9376.41 which was the installment amount. Next thing a second sms with the same amount came off. This left me with R300 in my account. I then went to the branch on that same morning to report it and asked for my refund. They took all the paperwork they needed and sent it through to their head office as they said it was a mistake. Till today, day 4 into Lockdown, I do not have my money back. I'm frustrated because I need this money to buy food and other essentials. My kids are sitting here starving while I have around R9k sitting at Atlas Finance. I need my money back asap.
