Unhappy and frustrated customer

The legal department / debt collection Atlas Finance uses is utter nonsense. I have been trying to retrieve a settlement letter for the past week but nothing. Maybe it is high time one goes to their offices because honestly this is bull

Mosa from Atlas was kind enough to assist last week Friday on 2 Feb with my settlement letter. Now I am guessing I will have to wait another month or year to retrieve my paid up letter from RaymondK.
Calling but no responses as always.

Yooorh frustrated at this point is an understatement.
