Unauthorized Debit Order - Refund not made

I have settled my account with Atlas finance, they sent me a paid-up letter and even my credit report reflects a 0.00 balance on the account. But they still took money from my account, and when I send an email to voice my concerns they ignored me. This is absolutely frustrating!!
