Unable to get basic help

I have been trying to get a settlement balance and payment instructions for my account, which I will admit is saeverly overdue, in order to settle my account which is listed on the experian. It has taken a week and no reply apart from sending me to 2 other companies which could not help, all I want to do is settle the outstanding amount
