Till today Atlas finance people are still giving excuses regarding my query

Till today Atlas finance people are still giving excuses regarding my query. I have been informed that Candice richard is the senior manager in marketing but they are refusing for me to speak to her. I spoke to Lorraine, carol, nomy none of them is willing to take me up to someone who will assist. I requested they cc me on the escalation they made but they didnt. My matter was broad to their attention on the 1st of this month i called in on the second they said they will call me on the 3rd they didn't now i call in again. Carol refusing to tranfer my call to someone that can resolve my Query, they are all in a meeting. Since August last year everyone is in a meeting.
