They don't need clients!!!

As i was applying for a loan at Atlas Finance Kempton Park , I felt treated like a ******** that was the least of my worries , the staff was calling each other" idiots" in front of clients , what a level of professionalism ... I asked the lady who was assisting me what their interest rate was and she ********ly gave me a sarcastic response saying she doesn't know and that it wasn't important to her , I then asked her what if clients are concerned she said if they are not happy they can go elsewhere because "THEY DON'T NEED CLIENTS" I gave her a sigh , then she said i had attitude , the manager was sitting there listening to her go on about how they don't need clients how she doesn't have relevant information and so forth.
