they deducted double installment instead of 1 last installment

November was my last month to pay off the atlas loan but instead of deducting 1 last installment they deducted double installment of 1. 14/12/2021 NPATLASD R3 246.70 2. 15/12/2021 NPATLASD R3 246.70 I've been phoning every day for my money to be paid back but they keep on telling me it will be paid at 12h00 or at 18h00 since on the 15 December 2021. No one phones me back. I gave them my bank statement as requested as proof but ive still not get my refunds, today i call their headoffice on *** they promise me same thing same to pay by 12h00 or 18h00 but i never recieve any money
