The worst customer service ever

The worst experience ever, I was double debited on my account for a loan, after numerous times of calling and texting i received an email from a customer care consultant Vumile that my refund would be paid out on the 2nd February 2023 it is now the 7th of February 2023 still no refund and my emails are at a dead end and no response 6days later

Their whatsapp number they ignore texts Intentionally and never respond, when I called the Branch manager Amu he told me there was nothing he could do himself cause he cannot go through to the lady Vumile

Sickening more especially cause there's no apology whatsoever yet they double debit my account and I have to do the run around especially after lies were told that my money would be paid out and it still hasnt been paid out
