The best financial/loan service I have EVER encountered

Atlas Finance - Call center KZN, ( From reception to the financial service administrators), but with the exception, MrsThandiwe Cele.

In addition to sharing my testimony, I would also like to show my appreciation not only for the Atlas group and the specific branch but also for an employee that stands out and is truly exceptional.

Ms. Pele has been providing me with business-related services for about one year. Every time I have used the service, she has always welcomed me back in a friendly and professional manner. The most pleasant person I have worked with within the financial sector is Ms. Pele. I was so impressed with her conduct and efforts that I reevaluated the behavior and expectations of my own service staff.

I have repeatedly asked Ms. Pele for the contact information for management at the highest level so that I can let them know about the exceptional service I have received. It is completely understandable that she would rather help another customer in need with the time she has. This is an admirable act.

Two days ago, I emailed Ms.Pele regarding a monthly loan and once again, she responded as friendly and quickly as usual. She assured me that she would be able to deal with my application in the course of the day, even though she was extremely busy. Ms. Pele called me that same evening at 18:45 to apologize for only getting back to me now, but that she would process my application, as per her promise. Also, I found out that she had been working since 6:30 am the same morning! But nothing affected her kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness.

Where credit is due, it should be given. Ms. Pele has gone above and beyond my expectations. It is impossible to compare her with anyone at my company, which works with large, very reputable companies.

As a result, I request that the supervisor, branch manager, provincial AND national Human Resources, and customary care officials be notified of this situation. I am willing to testify to it
