Taking advantage of people

This lady by the name of Cathrine from the collection of Atlast fianc? send me summons for an amount that I had made an arrangement on and she sent me information of what I am owing after that she concludes that I owe the sheriff and all the fees where as I have asked her how does she send me a summons after we have an arrangement in place , today 30/03/2016 I got the summons to double after I have made a full payment of the one month loan no she is being rude and tells me the system is offline when I want to know exactly what do I owe , these kind of institutions are taking us for a ride and are ripping us of simply because no one can do the work right and efficiently the first time, I hope we go to court as I have all the paper work in please to prove that what she Is taking about is different from what is happening
